Terms and Conditions
Ollie and Harry’s Marvellous Adventures Boomerang Competition
All entrants must be UK residents.
Final closing date for entries is midnight 1 December 2019 and all entries must be received on or before that date.
The competition is a free prize draw.
The winner will be drawn at random from all successful entries by Ollie and Harry Fergusson.
The winner will be notified by phone or email by 16 December 2019.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
First prize consists of a copy of Ollie and Harry’s Marvellous Adventures and a Fujifilm Instax Mini Film with additional film for 20 Shots.
Only one entry per person.
W.W. Norton reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value, as required.
Please allow 28 days for physical prizes to be delivered.
Two attempts to contact the winner will be made after which the prize will be forfeit.
The winner must respond to W.W. Norton within 14 days of being contacted. If they respond after that period, they will not be eligible for the prize.
The winner agrees to co-operate with W.W. Norton for publicity purposes if so required, including sharing images of the winner’s adventures on social media.
By accepting the prize the winner agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Any questions, comments or complaints relating to the competition should be directed to W.W. Norton.
W.W. Norton reserves the right to alter, amend or discontinue this competition without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
Should any technical issue arise W.W. Norton reserves the right to withdraw the competition and/or any prizes that have been wrongly promised as a result of the technical problems.
W.W. Norton accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant to the competition or any damage to any entrant’s property (including computer equipment and/or data which is stored on any equipment) as a result of using the application, entering the competition or accepting the prize.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
The prize winner’s name and regional location can be requested from W.W. Norton by sending a stamped addressed envelope marked “Ollie and Harry Winner” to W.W. Norton after 20 January 2020 and before 1 February 2020.
Entries submitted for the competition become the property of W.W. Norton and may be used in further promotional activity.
W.W. Norton reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Personal information provided by entrants will only be shared with W.W. Norton’s competition partners to the extent necessary to manage such entry and participation as an entrant or, where required, to a legal or regulatory body.
